My favorite lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and place it in a bowl. Roast the pine nuts without adding any fat until golden brown. Fillet the orange, reserving any juice. Finely dice the onion. Add everything to the salad and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and sugar.
