Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 3 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
- 200 g cheese (Handkäs or Harzer Roller)
- 3 tsp, heaped oregano, dried or freshly chopped
- Pepper, from the mill
- 2 tsp, heaped mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Cut the Harzer sauerkraut into small cubes. Drain the oil from the tuna cans. Mix all ingredients and season with freshly ground pepper. A delicious spread on fresh bread or baguette.
