Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 carrots
- ½ apple, sour
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- some salt
- some pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the vinaigrette, vigorously combine the apple cider vinegar with water, salt, pepper, and sugar. Then stir in the oil until thickened. Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce, and spin it dry thoroughly. Peel the carrots and thinly slice them using a vegetable peeler. Halve the apple again, core it, and thinly slice it. Mix the carrots and apples into the vinaigrette and carefully fold in the lamb’s lettuce.
