Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce, approx. 150 g
- 2 handfuls of raspberries, frozen
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
- 2 tbsp water, warm
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. For the salad dressing, combine the raspberries, oil, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix with the lettuce.
