Lamb's lettuce with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce, approx. 150 g
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries, frozen
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
  • 2 tbsp water, warm
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. For the salad dressing, combine the raspberries, oil, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix with the lettuce.
