Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g sweet potatoes
  • 30 g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Basil, dried
  • Oregano, dried

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into fries, and toss with olive oil. Then add the Parmesan cheese, herbs, and salt and mix well. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven (180°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes. Tip: Use Italian herbs instead of oregano and basil.
