Great Breakfast Sandwich with Coffee

The perfect great breakfast sandwich with coffee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 disc Bread to taste
  • 1 half Fresh avocado
  • 1 few splashes Lemon juice
  • 1 whole Egg (fried egg)
  • 1 disc Bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon Cress red
  • Salt and Timut Pfeffer a.d.M.
  • 1 nice good cup Freshly brewed coffee
  1. Slowly fry the egg in a coated pan (fried egg), place the baccon next to it, fry until crispy.
  2. Cut the avocado in half with lemon juice (leave the stone in the other half and also drizzle with lemon. And then cover with foil. This way it stays fresh and does not turn brown. I cut the avocado into slices, with salt and pepper (Timut Pepper has a great taste)
  3. I put the fried egg on the slice of bread (without butter) then halve the avocado and top the bacon. Sprinkle with the cress and you’re done. A hearty breakfast that makes you fit and keeps you full for a long time. Have fun . And have a nice day together
