Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, spirals
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 50 g mung bean sprouts
  • 1 can beans (chili beans)
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 1 can of beans (baked beans in tomato sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, slice the leek and quarter the tomatoes. Halve the cucumber and cut into thick slices. Drain the chili beans. First, add the leek and sprouts, then the remaining vegetables except for the tomatoes and baked beans to a bowl and mix. Stir in the drained pasta while it’s still hot. Then add the tomatoes and baked beans with the tomato sauce and mix everything thoroughly. Enjoy warm or cold.
