Filipino dessert

Wash the sticky rice thoroughly (until only clear water remains). Bring the sticky rice and 3 1/2 cups of coconut milk to a boil, stirring frequently (important). When the rice is nice and almost dry, reduce the heat to low and add the sugar and butter. Mix well, then remove from the heat. When it has cooled, beat in the egg. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place in a preheated oven (170°C). Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Stir together the remaining coconut milk, condensed milk, and flour. Bring this mixture to a boil over low heat. Stir until thickened. Then spread the topping over the rice and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
