A meal for budding cowboys

First, fry the onion and jerked beef in a little butter in a pan. Add the diced bell peppers. Rinse the kidney beans in a sieve with water and add them to the pan. Stir in the tomato paste, water, and meat broth, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram, and simmer briefly. This dish is perfect for children who love cowboys and Native Americans. If you tell them that cowboys eat this kind of thing around the campfire in the evenings, then you won’t need any further persuasion for this dish.
