Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 250 g apples
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and peel the carrots and apples, then grate them. Combine the juice of 1 (medium to large) lemon with the sugar. Mix the grated carrots and apples with the marinade. Let it sit for about half an hour, then enjoy.
