Kohlrabi soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi, cut into large pieces
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 onions, cut into strips
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes, roughly diced
  • 1 tsp oil, neutral
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Particularly low in fat, suitable for WW

Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onion strips. Add the carrots, potatoes, and kohlrabi and fill with 2 liters of water. Add the caraway seeds and season with salt and pepper. Simmer the soup until the vegetables are tender, then season to taste before serving.
