Red bean pancakes

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 550 ml mineral water, 500-600 ml carbonated
  • 300 g beans, red, ground
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

You can skip the fat for frying. Turn on the stove, place a frying pan on it (without fat). Combine the dry ingredients, add them to the water (approximately 600 ml), not the other way around, and mix well. Then add the oil and stir. The pan is now hot enough to turn it down a notch. Only pour enough batter into the pan to easily flip the dough with a spatula. Be careful with the heat, or the dough will get too brown. My own recipe.
