Pancakes 'green peas'

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • n. B. Carbonated mineral water, approx. 500 – 600 ml
  • 300 g peas, green, unpeeled, ground
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • possibly fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

You can save yourself the fat for frying. Turn on the stove, place a frying pan on it (preferably without fat). Combine the dry ingredients, drizzle them into the water (about 600 ml), not the other way around, and mix well. The pan is now hot enough to lower the heat a notch. Only pour enough batter into the pan to easily flip the dough with a spatula. Be careful with the heat, or the dough will get too brown! My own recipe.
