Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g applesauce
  • 200 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • some oil
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Soak the oats in the plant-based milk for about 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, adding a little flour if the batter is too runny. Fry in a pan with a little oil like regular pancakes.
