  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 ½ tbsp almonds, ground
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)

Mix the almonds, coconut flakes, xylitol and vanilla with the yogurt and let it sit overnight.
