Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water in the evening or let them soak in a cup of water for 10 minutes. If you soak the seeds in the evening, they will swell more than if they were soaked in 10 minutes. Mix the low-fat quark with the protein powder and the milk until a creamy mixture forms. Wash, peel and chop the fruit if necessary and add it to the quark. Also add the soaked chia seeds and the flaxseed to the quark. The quark has approximately 467 kcal, 19.7 g fat, 13.5 g carbohydrates and 53.3 g protein per serving.
