Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 ml water
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 shot of oil (sunflower oil)
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- ½ cucumber(s)
- ½ tbsp dill
- some salt and pepper
- possibly thyme
- possibly oregano
- Spices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine water, oil, and lemon juice in a tall container (measuring jug, etc.) and then add the sunflower seeds. Puree everything with a hand blender (or process in a blender). Peel the cucumber, cut it into several large pieces, and add it to the mixture. Process everything again with the hand blender/blender. Now stir in the dill and season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like. Transfer to a sealable jar. It will keep in the refrigerator for a few days. Tastes great with warm bread or as a dip for a raw vegetable platter, etc.
