Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanuts, organic, blanched, unroasted
  • 2.6 g salt
  • 10 g cocoa butter, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Roast the peanuts in the AirFryer for 45-60 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius, depending on the desired degree of roasting. Shake a few times during roasting. Let the roasted peanuts cool, then puree them in a blender until they reach a runny, creamy consistency. Add the salt and blend briefly again. For a firmer consistency, add about 10 g of melted cocoa butter. Let the finished peanut butter cool in the refrigerator.
