Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Ciabatta, possibly walnut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as amuse gueules or as a dip

Mix everything well and season to taste. Spread the dip on ciabatta slices.
