Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g Camembert(s)
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 500 g flour
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- Egg yolk, for brushing
- Nuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Mash the Camembert and butter with a fork, add 2 egg yolks, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, knead in the flour, and chill for about 1 1/2 hours. Roll out the dough and cut into strips about 1 cm wide and 10 cm long. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 200°C until golden brown.
