  • e.g. sugar or honey
  • 200 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Refreshing in summer, little effort and tastes delicious

Puree or blend together the buttermilk, curd cheese, and sugar or other spices of your choice, such as honey, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, or similar. This works best with a smoothie maker, but a blender or immersion blender also works. Pour into a container and refrigerate. Meanwhile, puree the raspberries. Add a little more sweetener if desired. Then pour the pureed raspberries into a glass and pour the buttermilk mixture on top.
