Ingredients for 4 servings:
- salt and pepper
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g savoy cabbage
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g cream

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
a light and quick lunch with ready-made bread dumplings
Wash the mushrooms and savoy cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté in a little oil and add the vegetables and mushrooms. Add the cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Serve with bread dumplings.
