Party snack

Chop the cranberries and mix with the sesame seeds. Wash the herbs, shake them dry, and chop them as well. Grate the ginger and carefully mix it with the herbs and a little salt and pepper in the cheese. Tear off walnut-sized pieces, roll them well in the sesame and berry mixture, and roll them briefly between your palms. Cover and store the balls in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If you like, you can place the finished cream cheese balls in small paper chocolate shells. They are perfect as an aperitif with a glass of white wine or Prosecco.
