Penne with zucchini and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g penne or other pasta
  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Thyme
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW suitable

Cook pasta in water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Chop the zucchini and tomato. Dice the feta cheese. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil in a pan. Add the zucchini and sauté briefly, then add the tomato. Add the spices and feta cheese and season to taste. Drain the pasta and mix. Let it stand for a short while.
