Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 4 small tomatoes
- 4 small onions
- 4 olives
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions

goes well as a side dish to grilled meat
Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil. Halve the feta cheese lengthwise so that the slices are about 1 to 1.5 cm thick and place one slice each on the aluminum foil. Slice the tomatoes, peel the onions and slice them into rings, and slice the olives. Arrange everything on top of the feta slices. Season lightly with pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Wrap the whole thing tightly in aluminum foil. Place on a moderately hot grill for about 15 minutes. Tip: We always place it near the edge of the grill. The heat isn’t as intense there, and the feta cheese cooks along with the meat.
