Baked Banana Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large banana(s), ripe
  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 g blueberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour oil into a medium-sized pan. Peel the banana, slice it into approximately 5 cm thick slices, and add it to the pan. Turn on the stove and set it to medium heat (level 4 or 5), then mash the banana with a spatula. Add the oats and egg and mix with the banana. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring continuously with a spatula. Serve in a deep dish or bowl, add the natural yogurt, and drizzle with the maple syrup. Wash and add the blueberries. Approx. 175 kcal per serving.
