Sausage and cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 400 g cheese (Emmental), shredded
  • 400 g cooked ham
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 pack of herbs (salad herb mix)
  • Herbs, (garden herbs), fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low Carb – with sausage, cheese, cucumber, tomato

Finely chop the tomatoes and cucumbers. Dice the cooked ham. Combine everything with the cheese in a bowl. Mix the herbs and yogurt and pour over the salad. Mix well and season to taste. Tip: Instead of 400g of cooked ham, use only 200g and chop 6-8 Vienna sausages into small pieces and add them.
