Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g meat sausage, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
- 5 gherkins, diced
- 1 onion(s), cut into rings
- 100 g Emmental cheese, cut into strips
- 1 stalk leek, white part only, sliced
- 4 tbsp herb vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- some pepper
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Loosely mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly and let stand for at least 1 hour. Serve with fried potatoes or baguette.
