Meat sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 5 gherkins, diced
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 stalk leek, white part only, sliced
  • 4 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • some pepper
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Loosely mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly and let stand for at least 1 hour. Serve with fried potatoes or baguette.
