Baby porridge with tomato, rice and chicken

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 15 g rice
  • 30 g lean chicken
  • 3 tbsp juice (carrot juice)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, high quality (e.g. rapeseed oil)
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

From 6 months. Cook the rice in water according to the package instructions, but without salt or any other spices. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes. To do this, make a cross-shaped cut in the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, and then peel off the skin with a knife. Be careful, the tomatoes are hot. Then remove the blossom and seeds from the tomato. Now cut the chicken and tomato into small pieces and cook in a little water for about 10 minutes. Add the cooked rice 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time. When the 10 minutes are up, puree everything together with the carrot juice and stir in the vegetable oil. Check the temperature before feeding.
