- 30 g yeast flakes
- 100 g almond(s), peeled, chopped

Roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Spread them out on a kitchen towel and let them cool. Add the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper, and blend everything for about 1 minute. Store in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
