Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus
- 2 pinches of sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel the asparagus, trim off the woody ends, add salt and a little sugar, wrap loosely in aluminum foil with a little butter and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 30-40 minutes.
