Wild Berry Coconut Buttermilk

Sort the fresh berries. Let the frozen berries thaw slightly. Place the berries in a tall blender along with the buttermilk and honey or agave syrup. Blend everything very finely with an immersion blender. To remove the seeds, pass the puree through a sieve. Now add the coconut flakes and blend again thoroughly. Pour the shake into glasses and garnish with coconut flakes, berries, and, if desired, mint. Enjoy the buttermilk chilled.
