Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pomegranates
  • 1 m.-sized orange(s)
  • 2 stalks of spring onion(s)
  • ½ lime(s)
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

refreshing side dish to grilled food or simply as a vitamin bomb

Wear an apron and remove the pomegranate seeds. Peel the orange(s) and cut them into fine pieces. Thinly slice the spring onions. Add the lime juice and spices. Add the red chili and finely chopped coriander to taste. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
