Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 100 g sour cream
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ lime(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Mix the sour cream with the finely chopped chives and lime juice, then season with salt and pepper. The dish tastes and looks best if you don’t mix in the tomatoes, but use the sour cream as a dip.
