Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth
- 250 g cream cheese spread
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Paprika powder, sweet
- some grape juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and dice the garlic and onions. Slice the mushrooms. Brown the minced meat. Add the garlic and onions and brown them. Brown them too. Brown them. Brown the mushrooms in a separate pan, then add them to the minced meat. Top up with the meat broth and stir the cream cheese into the soup. Season with salt (carefully), pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Finally, add a little grape juice to taste; do not let it boil any longer. Serve with bread or rolls of your choice. Tastes best when reheated.
