Microwave apple cake with egg white powder topping

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 apple
  • some sweetener
  • Rum flavor
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (whey protein powder)
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour and baking powder in a microwave-safe dish. Add the egg and a little water, if desired, and mix with the sweetener and flavoring. Grate the apple finely and fold in. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. For the topping, mix egg white powder with a little water until it reaches a sauce-like consistency. Decorate the cake with the topping and serve.
