Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g potato fiber
- 5 g guar gum
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- herbs, Mediterranean
- 1 pack of tofu
- 150 ml tomato(s), strained
- some vegetables of your choice, e.g. zucchini, peppers, onions, etc.
- some spice mix (Arrabiata)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Knead all the gnocchi ingredients into a dough and roll into sausages. Then cut off approximately 2 cm pieces and let them simmer in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. If desired, fry briefly in a pan. Meanwhile, chop the tofu, bring to a boil with the passata, vegetables, and herbs, and simmer briefly.
