Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g blueberries
- 50 ml carbonated water
- 50 ml orange juice
- 10 g oat flakes
- 10 g almonds, chopped
- 5 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp syrup (blueberry syrup)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the blueberries in a smoothie maker or blend them. Add the water and orange juice and mix. Sprinkle in the oats and almond pieces. Add the yogurt, lemon juice, and syrup, and blend well once more. Garnish with three blueberries and sprinkle with some almond pieces.
