Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g light cream cheese
- 1 egg(s) or 3 egg whites
- 25 g baking cocoa or better cocoa fibers
- some rum flavor
- n. B. Powdered sugar made from erythritol
- e.g. lemon juice
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix all ingredients well and bake in a suitable baking dish for 35 minutes at 150–160°C (top/bottom heat). For the icing, mix some erythritol powdered sugar with a little water and lemon juice and decorate the cake with it.
