- 5 g coconut oil
- Optional spice(s), e.g. salt, pepper, curry, etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simply, as a side dish or just for snacking in between
Cut the peeled plantain into thin slices and fry them with a teaspoon (about 5 g) of coconut oil until golden brown. Season to taste. I used a stir-fry spice mix.
