Sour Makes Delicious Chicken

The perfect sour makes delicious chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Corn chickens
  • 4 piece Lemons untreated
  • 1 piece Asian garlic
  • 6 piece Shallot
  • 2 piece Bacon slices
  • 4 piece Rosemary fresh
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
  • 0,25 liter White wine
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Hot pepper
  • 1 pinch 5-Gewürze-Pulver
  • 4 piece Waxy potatoes

The idea

  1. I recently read 2 lemon chicken recipes. By Tim Mälzer and Jamie Oliver. That gave me the idea to combine the best of both recipes with my ideas. That should be the best chicken ever.

The preparation

  1. I got myself a free-roaming two-winged aircraft. First wash the poultry and dry them off. Squeeze 2 lemons and fry the bacon, onions, knofi, rosemary in olive oil. Deglaze with lemon juice, oil, white wine and stock. Let something reduce.

Now the bird is on the collar

  1. Rub the chicken with oil. Mix the spices and rub into the skin. Pierce the lemon all around with the knife and push your little friend in the back, along with the onions and Knofi. Add the marinade with everything to the poultry and let it steep in the refrigerator.

The rest is done by the stove and I chill out

  1. After 5 hours I took the wingman out and let him take temperature for 1 hour. Then on the roaster with the bacon attached with needles. Spread the vegetables around and put the potatoes in the marinade and distribute well. I sprinkled some dry rosemary on top and then spread it around the bird. In the oven for about an hour. Roasting thermometer set to 74 degrees and that’s all. Turn over after 30 minutes. And then grill for another 10 minutes. Friends it was awesome. Another new chicken dish that I will do more often now.
