Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 2 tomatoes, dried
  • some olives, black
  • some pepper, pickled mild
  • 5 garlic cloves (or more!)
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme, fresh
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the tomatoes, peel and slice the garlic, chop the thyme leaves, and slice the olives. Brush a medium-sized ovenproof dish with olive oil. Brush one (top) side of the feta cheese with sambal oelek and place it in the dish. Arrange the peppers around the feta cheese. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, thyme, sliced ​​olives, and sliced ​​garlic on top. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes (depending on how soft you like the cheese). Serve hot. Serve with freshly baked baguette.
