Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Gouda, Edam)
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Mix the cheese, butter, egg yolk, and beer until creamy. Toast the toast and spread the cream on the toast, about 1 cm thick. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes and serve hot.
