Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta of your choice
- 1 gr. can/n kidney beans
- 1 gr. can/n corn
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 small jar of salad cream (Miracel Whip) (light is fine)
- 1 jar pesto, green
- 1 cup of yogurt
- some balsamic vinegar
- some olive oil
- possibly herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- brown sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
easy and quick to prepare
Deseed and dice the peppers, then place them in a bowl with a little salt and brown sugar, then let them sit for about 10 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and let it cool. Pour the beans and corn into a sieve and rinse. Place the peppers, beans, and corn in a bowl, drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the pasta, Miracle Whip, pesto, and yogurt, and mix well. Let it sit overnight. Delicious with grilled food in the summer.
