Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 2 banana(s), medium to large
- 2 tbsp nuts, e.g. chopped almonds, nut mix
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp honey
- e.g. cinnamon

Made with ingredients that (almost) everyone has at home; a healthy snack for kids, makes 8 bars.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Mash the bananas with a fork. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead firmly with your hands. It’s best to mix the honey into the bananas first. Form the mixture into about 8 bars. (Again, press the mixture firmly into a ball before forming bars.) Bake in the preheated oven using conventional oven heating for about 7 minutes. Then let cool.
