Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • some butter
  • 8 slice(s) sausage (cervelat sausage)
  • e.g. blue cheese
  • e.g. cheese (toast cheese slices)
  • e.g. ham, (salmon ham)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Flatten the slices of toast with a rolling pin (lengthwise and crosswise), spread with butter, and place a slice of cervelat sausage on each slice. Then tightly roll the slices of toast and place them side by side in a baking dish (opening down). Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes using conventional oven heating. The rolls can be filled/topped as desired, including blue cheese, toast cheese, or smoked ham.
