Soul comforter

  • 1 Glass (approx. 400 g) *Milchmädchen (Gesüßte Kondesmilch)
  • 1,5 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder to your taste

Additionally

  • Butter for brushing
  • Butter for creaming
  • Whole milk crumble to taste

Soul comforter

  1. Take a small saucepan and add the freshly made milkmaid. Add butter, cocoa powder to taste. Mix everything together. Set the heat to the lowest level and warm while stirring. At some point it starts to bubble and it becomes more solid.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the stove and stir once. Brush a deep plate with a little butter. Pour in the mass. Stir again and let cool slightly. After it has become lukewarm, lightly cream your clean hands with butter.
  3. Then shape balls out of it with your greased hands and place in a bowl. Take another deeper plate / bowl and sprinkle in the whole milk crumble. Roll the shaped balls in it and put them back in a bowl.
  4. Let cool down at the end and place in the fridge for further consumption.
