Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 10 g Butter
- 2 cl Rum brown
- 50 ml Cream
- 0,5 tsp Muscovado sugar
Instructions
- Melt the white sugar in a saucepan. Add the butter and stir.
- Pour in the cold milk and bring to the boil. If lumps form beforehand, they will have disappeared after boiling.
- Whip the cream.
- Pour the rum into a tall glass or cup. Pour the caramel milk on top, top with the cream and sprinkle the muscovado sugar on top of the cream.
