  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 10 g Butter
  • 2 cl Rum brown
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 0,5 teaspoon Muscovado sugar
  1. Melt the white sugar in a saucepan. Add the butter and stir.
  2. Pour in the cold milk and bring to the boil. If lumps form beforehand, they will have disappeared after boiling.
  3. Whip the cream.
  4. Pour the rum into a tall glass or cup. Pour the caramel milk on top, top with the cream and sprinkle the muscovado sugar on top of the cream.
