Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 10 g Butter
  • 2 cl Rum brown
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 0,5 tsp Muscovado sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white sugar in a saucepan. Add the butter and stir.
  • Pour in the cold milk and bring to the boil. If lumps form beforehand, they will have disappeared after boiling.
  • Whip the cream.
  • Pour the rum into a tall glass or cup. Pour the caramel milk on top, top with the cream and sprinkle the muscovado sugar on top of the cream.
