Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp garlic
- 3 tsp rosemary
- 3 tsp oregano or marjoram
- 1 tsp pepper, fine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Depending on their size, quarter or eighth the potatoes. Then place them in a sealable bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and shake until the oil and seasoning are evenly distributed. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet or grill and roast the potatoes at approximately 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about half an hour using top and bottom heat. When the potatoes are browned to your liking, arrange them on a serving plate and serve. The potatoes taste great with burgers, tzatziki, and mayonnaise. All quantities are approximate!
