Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Silesian potato dish

Grate the potatoes (as you would for potato pancakes). Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Season with salt. Delicious with goulash or roast.
